Trust is something you earn over and over again by making commitments, following through, and showing your work. That’s why #Papa released the first-ever transparency report from a caregiving platform, which outlines the dozens of enhancements we’ve made over the years and the best-in-class Trust & Safety program we’ve built along the way. The report, written by our external Trust & Safety Advisors, covers: ??? Our approach to protecting members and Papa Pals in our community ?? The safeguards we’ve built into our platform at every step ?? Learnings for others facilitating in-person interactions at scale Because when it comes to supporting people in need, safety must come first. A small gap in support can lead to big health consequences. Lack of transportation, unsafe living conditions, and social isolation don’t just affect quality of life—they drive up healthcare costs and worsen health outcomes. That’s where #PapaPals come in: ?? Spotting risks early—before they escalate into costly emergencies ?? Improving access to food and medication with compassionate transportation ?? Encouraging critical healthcare actions, like PCP visits and preventive screenings, and making sure members have the means to get there ?? Providing companionship that combats loneliness and improves well-being This isn’t just care. It’s life-changing support. See the impact: https://lnkd.in/eRXijdWr

Energized. Inspired. Ready to reshape the future of in-home social support. That’s how we—and our partners—left Miami after three days of powerful discussions, bold ideas, and fresh collaboration at #Papa’s 2025 Partner Summit. Together, we discussed what’s new in our industry and at Papa, and how our network of trusted in-home carers can go further to help health plans tackle some of their biggest challenges. Optimism in Medicare Advantage – Despite industry headwinds and uncertainty, there’s a greater focus on proactive, tailored support and growing resources to help health plans invest in them meaningfully. ?? Companion care isn’t just “nice to have” – The data is clear: It drives better healthcare utilization, lowers costs, and meets a growing need for personalized support. ?? Precision matters – Plans can now fine-tune Papa’s services for the members who need them most, maximizing impact and ROI. ?? Our partners are in the driver’s seat – We threw out our long-term roadmap and built a new one—together. The future of in-home support is trusted, flexible, and built to meet evolving member and plan needs. This is just the beginning. Social support is critical for all individuals, but that need becomes even greater when living with a chronic illness. #Papa member Anisa has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years, and she’s determined to stay independent. But being homebound due to her symptoms and managing her care has been difficult—especially when it comes to her monthly infusions—the one appointment she cannot complete in her home or via telehealth. Before Papa, every car ride was a stressful ordeal due to her nausea and mobility challenges. Anisa often canceled appointments because the anxiety of getting there was simply too much. However, with the help of her Papa Pals, those infusions are no longer a source of fear. Anisa calls Papa the “lynchpin” of her care team. By providing safe and reliable transportation, emotional support, and companionship, her Papa Pals make it possible for her to live on her own terms. “Papa has allowed those infusion appointments to happen,” she says. “It is life-saving because, without that medication or treatment, it would be a different road for me…I can worry about finding another doctor if I have to. Finding another Papa doesn’t happen.” ?? Learn more about Anisa’s journey and how Papa is filling critical gaps for members like her: https://lnkd.in/gfqAQJTT
