The smell of a barbecue smoker, various meats being cooked, and dozens of napkins to wipe up the mess all means one thing—the Amarillo Chamber BBQ! We had a great time being out in the community participating in this year’s event. Our cook team placed first in professional ribs, second in corporate brisket and fourth in professional brisket! #PantexProud

Now is the time to ensure a safe fall and winter by taking a few safety measures around the house. #PantexSafety #FirePreventionWeek -?Have an escape plan to exit your house during an emergency, and include a common place for household members to meet -?Replace the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors -?Ensure fire extinguishers are readily available and not out of date -?Keep leaves, brush, and undergrowth away from houses and structures -?Ensure fireplace chimneys and heating units are inspected and cleaned -?Clean out dryer vents
