The House of Representatives will vote on legislation this week that would give the executive branch of the federal government unilateral discretion to revoke the tax-exempt status of any nonprofit organization that it deems to be a "terrorist supporting organization", without due process. This is a direct threat to the operations of nonprofit organizations across the country who provide critical services to Americans.
