    At last month's collaborative seminar for cultivated meat industry scientists, we heard from Adam Richardson from Panome Bio, who discussed metabolomics and other -omics technologies in guiding R&D and optimization strategy in the cultivated meat sector. These seminars are set up to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide education on available solutions to overcome obstacles.
