Last week, we hosted our 2025 Associate Giving Campaign Launch event at our Support Center in Rosemead, CA. Associates had the opportunity to meet our amazing partners at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Children’s Hospital of Orange County, learn how their generous donations support patients through our Panda Cares Center of Hope programs, and create fun craft kits for patients. ? During our annual Black History Month event themed "Leading Change: Black Voices, Bold Futures," we brought together young leaders to explore the impact of Black professionals throughout history and their contributions to today's workplace. Our guest speaker John Graham Jr., author of The Plantation Theory, delivered a powerful message on using our voices and embracing discomfort to create inclusive workplaces. Our moderator Gelila Taffese guided a?thought-provoking conversation with Panda associates James Taylor, Komivi rabbi Yibokou and Remy Kemajou, who shared their personal journeys of resilience and identity.
