Our mission isn’t just a statement. It’s important that we live it. We want to build new ways to work. Ways that challenge the norm, to create, to inspire, to build community, and most importantly that spark joy. That includes creating new rules that work for us. When building our brand, we didn’t limit ourselves to restrictive standards. “Best practices” say we should have 2-3 colors, so we chose 14, and each have a special meaning. Are nine logos too many??We don’t think so and we can’t wait to prove why. There is beauty in throwing out the rules and being different. That’s what Flo and Rosie represent. The guts and gumption to be boundless. We are building a community to provide supportive and educational content to those struggling with the challenges of corporate life. We believe that there is a better way to work, but it’s nearly impossible to make that change when we’re running on fumes. We need to learn to identify the symptoms of burnout, to reduce our stress and heal our nervous systems, to prioritize our needs and become our own best advocates.
