Remember earlier this summer when Crowdstrike accidentally turned off the internet? President Michael Sentonas took an unconventional approach to reputation repair—he accepted a "cybersecurity humiliation award" for the "most epic fail." (PCMag) I get it. This probably isn't a tactic you'll bring up in your crisis comms war room. But accountability is important. Taking ownership and putting a face to company statements isn’t easy.
