The Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) is seeking public feedback from developers of commercial or mixed-use development projects on the draft program guidelines?for the recently established Mixed-Use Revitalization Program. The public comment period is through March 5, 2025. The Mixed-Use Revitalization Program was established under Act No. 54 of 2024 and is administered through the Commonwealth Financing Authority. The program provides grants and loans to assist with increasing mixed-use development across the commonwealth, leveraging private and public resources, and fostering sustainable partnerships committed to addressing community needs.

Last call for applications for the 2025 The Authorities Future Leaders Scholarship - deadline March 15. If you know someone who may qualify, encourage them to apply. Scholarships may be used for education related expenses, professional development or credentialing coursework.
