Last week, we had the privilege of hosting our biannual Executive Leadership Summit at Kiawah, bringing together our incredible network of portfolio company CEOs, board members, and industry advisors. Over two days, we focused on meaningful networking, sharing insights, and generally having a good time. A special word of appreciation to General Stan McChrystal and his colleagues at McChrystal Group for the inspiring keynote and leadership simulation, which sparked thought-provoking discussions around teamwork and communication. We had so much fun coming together with friends and family the other week to participate in 24 Foundation's annual 24 Hours of Booty cancer fundraiser. Founded in 2002 by one man riding a bike for 24 hours, this signature event serves as a celebration of survivorship and the power of peer-to-peer fundraising, with participants committing to bike or walk over a 24-hour period. The event raised over $1.5 million, a nice addition to the over $28 million the foundation has raised since inception. At Pamlico, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back, and are honored to have played a small part in this year's success. (And a big shout out to our cohort of younger colleagues who enthusiastically took lead on the overnight race hours!)

A few weeks ago, Pamlico had the privilege of volunteering again with Roc Solid Foundation, whose goal is to build hope (literally, by building playsets) for kids fighting cancer. This experience was more than just a day of volunteering; it was an opportunity to bring joy and a sense of normalcy to children and families navigating through such challenging times. Congratulations to Pamlico portfolio company Fastpath Solutions, LLC on its agreement to be acquired by Delinea! This realization culminates a very successful partnership with Fastpath. Since investing in June of 2020, Pamlico has helped the Company execute on its organic and inorganic growth plan. This included successfully rearchitecting Fastpath’s go-to-market team and marketing strategy to drive increased revenue growth and enhanced efficiency, as well as supporting the strategic acquisition of identity lifecycle management software provider, Ideiio, which expanded product capabilities as well as addressable market. Additionally, Pamlico invested in the Fastpath team, adding several key members of the team, including CEO Charles Snellgrove. ? We have thoroughly enjoyed our partnership with the Fastpath team and look forward to their continued growth and success as they join forces with Delinea.
