?? Palumbo Foods Story ?? We are a family owned and operated business that we take pride in. Tony Palumbo (picture in red) learned the hard work and science to growing mushrooms at his family's mushroom farms in the 1970s. Since then he has brought his son, Shawn Palumbo, in the business to learn the mushroom industry and expand it to what it is today. The story doesn't stop there. Shawn (pictured on the left) has brought many valued members to Palumbo Foods to build a strong team and grow the company since he started in 2013. The Palumbo Family has grown from a small mushroom farm in Pennsylvania to family farm and production company to deliver around the country and even overseas!
