It’s not always sunshine and rainbows at PALO.
Today, I want to celebrate a win for one of the law firms we work with.
And most importantly, how we did it.
At?PALO, we provide complete transparency in everything we do.
So, how do we do it?
First, it comes down to understanding what makes a good case. (SOL, Injuries, Not at fault, seeking treatment, etc.)
After we understand this, we can start the research process to understand the type of customer we want to talk to.

Why?
We can start understanding what the customer hears and sees to develop unique ad angles and messaging.
You don't want to have your ads sound and look like everyone else.
It’s really important to think about what’s in it for the customer to create a compelling message to take action on.
Why should the customer care?
You can get everything right, but if you fail to have a compelling message, everything else won't matter.
If you are still with me, we now understand what goes into a good case and what the marketplace landscape looks like when creating a creative strategy.
We now have all the ammo to start writing compelling video ad scripts.
Once we storyboard the video ad scripts, we can start having conversations with content creators to create user-generated content.
From here, the content gets pushed over to the creative team to start making ad creatives.
After the raw content goes through the editing stage, we will have ads to start running.
