#Tracking towards the weekend with our good friends at CSX! A full day completed by taking in the view at Camp Hall Rail Phase 2. This phase of the project will connect the Camp Hall Rail Line to the existing CSX rail network near the Santee Cooper Cross Generating Station. Construction of the entire project is ongoing through summer of 2026. #KeepingBusinessOnTrack #OneCSX ??: Bridging the gap across the Diversion Canal between Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie.

Kiewit’s commitment to safety started the day off strong in this morning’s safety stand down on Palmetto Railways Camp Hall Rail Phase 2 project. The group took a moment to recognize #wicweek2025 this morning. The thoughts I shared with the group are: - a sincere thank you for all the effort thus far. We are making real progress out here - see bridge photos as evidence (!) - and the team effort from all involved is what shines through - my goal (and maybe unpopular opinion) is to make #womeninconstruction week go away. Of the 70+ construction professionals onsite each day, I want the 5 women to not be an anomaly, just to be one of the team. Cheers to ALL the construction professionals that work tirelessly to deliver excellent projects! HDR TranSystems Insight Group Terracon Soil Consultants, Inc. …along with many governmental agencies, engineering, contracting, and hauling firms. This is a HUGE team lift!
