Collaboration Drives Success! Just wrapped up an incredible annual convention with fellow franchisees! The energy, ideas, and shared experiences make such a huge impact on how we grow and serve our communities. Grateful for the chance to learn, network, and bring fresh strategies back to our team.
We had an incredible time in Orlando with hundreds of Midas International franchisees and vendors at our annual convention with the IMDA - an event that was truly out of this world! From networking and inspiring insights from Midas President & COO Lenny Valentino, Jr. (MBA, CFE), TBC Corporation CEO Don Byrd, and others, to franchisee-led panels, a trade show, and a formal awards dinner celebrating sales and charitable achievements, this event was a powerful reminder that the Midas franchise system has never been stronger.
