These findings suggest that critical infrastructure industries like financial services, healthcare, and IT have made progress in advancing SBD initiatives. ? Nonetheless, developer skills benchmarks must be in place to ensure that organizations meet industry standards. Secure Code Warrior’s analysis, based on insights from over 20 million data points and more than 250,000 developers around the world, underscores the need to establish these baseline cybersecurity strategies. The downside is that we are comcentratimg the risk. And now the boards of these producers have to establish tradeoffs on operational efficiencies. These risk decisions, at least for truly critical systems have to be made at the board level, not only at the IT level, because of the cascading business impact such decisions will have. #aspencyber
