The entire Pahlisch Homes team gathered for our annual Leadership Summit at Tetherow Resort in Bend! We kicked the day off with keynote speaker Stephen M. R. Covey's The Speed of Trust, diving into tangible plans on how to build, earn, and give trust. Our team building afternoon was focused on giving back to our local community. Groups assembled bikes to donate to The Giving Plate's Jingle Store, built furniture for Furnish Hope, assembled kits for Cascade Youth & Family Center and lockers for Shepard's House.

Our Portland team has been busy this month! The team, including Jennifer Mercadante, David Emmett, Jeff G. and Sarah Stokes volunteered at With Love Oregon's Frog Pond Pumpkin Event that supports local foster families! (Learn more about their wonderful mission at www.withloveoregon.org) Our Production and Customer Care teams had some friendly competition go-cart racing at Pat's Acres. Phil Prettyman was the big winner! We also managed to surprise the all-knowing Torri Knight with a baby shower!
