On Monday, December 16, we officially broke ground on 12th & Main, a transformative mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Vancouver, WA. Designed in partnership with SERA Architects, this 7-story project marks an exciting new chapter for the Main Street corridor, blending 198 residential units, 10,985 SF of office space, and 9,503 SF of retail into a vibrant community hub. Inspired by the Vancouver Arts District and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, 12th & Main will offer elevated urban living with studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units featuring luxury finishes. Amenities include a 7th floor lounge with sweeping river views, a ground floor gallery space showcasing local art, a fitness studio with a steam shower and sauna, and a courtyard terrace designed for community gatherings. This groundbreaking is a major milestone, and we’re thrilled to see this vision come to life. Construction is underway, with completion expected by Q4 2026.
