An exciting day filled with learning and career discovery at our Vancouver office. Firm Foundation Christian School students explored the development process, toured our 12th & Main project, and explored downtown Vancouver to understand the diverse aspects and stakeholders involved in real estate development. The day culminated in a hands-on project, challenging students to envision their own development designs for the 12th & Main site.

Today we’re shining the #EmployeeSpotlight on Amy Logue, a key member of Pahlisch Commercial's Accounting team. Amy started with us 2 years ago as a Staff Accountant. After demonstrating exceptional performance, she was recently promoted to Assistant Controller. Amy has played a pivotal role in process optimization, cost control, and team development. In her new role, her focus will be on strategic financial planning. Amy excels at communicating with team members. Her specialized skillset in data analysis and passion for continuous improvement is admirable. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures, camping, and spending time with her family.    Amy’s commitment to the Pahlisch Commercial team contributes to both the excellence and quality of our developments. Today, we’re shining the #EmployeeSpotlight on Adam Blum, one of Pahlisch Commercial's highly valued Development Managers. A member of our team for 3.5 years, Adam started with us as a Development Coordinator. After demonstrating his exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, he was promoted to Development Manager. Adam has played a pivotal role in the developmental phases of multiple Pahlisch Commercial projects, including Timberview, Atlas Plaza, and Orrin. In his new role, his focus will be more on strategic decision-making for projects during the full lifecycle of projects. Adam excels at developing creative project structures in due diligence and consistently finds cost savings and efficiencies during development and permitting. His degree in Architecture and passion for placemaking guide his thoughtful approach to housing as more than just a commodity. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, live music, and trips to the mountains. Adam’s commitment to the Pahlisch Commercial team contributes to the excellence and quality of our developments.
