Congratulations to Pagewood on the capitalization of Mosielee Commerce Center. Despite headwinds in the capital markets, CBRE successfully secured a high-leverage, non-recourse construction loan through a life insurance company. This was an attractive opportunity to capital sources due to strong local sponsorship, a strategic last-mile location on Highway 249 inside Beltway 8, market fundamentals, and a competitive below-market cost basis. Walking Houston was thrilled to close out 2024 with East Blocks! The project is a clear indicator of what Houstonians want for our city - walkability, bikeability, and adaptive reuse.
