Thanks to Ben Nichols of Padel 22 for this weekend's guest column reflecting on how the recent RacquetX conference in Miami helped officially launch #padel into the #sports mainstream here in the U.S. Meanwhile, The New York Times just published an in-depth article about the rapid rise of #padel in the U.S. (and around the world), saying, "Make Room, #Tennis, #Pickleball and #Squash. Here Comes #Padel." Combine that with the fact that U.S. tennis legend Andre Agassi recently played padel with David Beckham... the second season of the North-American-based Pro Padel League kicked off this week at Ultra Padel Club Miami (which will soon be home to an incredible 29 #padelcourts)... there was a pro padel exhibition last weekend as part of the WTA Credit One Charleston Open tennis tournament... and dozens of new U.S. padel clubs are set to open later this year around the country... and I think it's safe to say that Ben is right, the U.S. padel revolution is indeed well underway. ???? ?? ??
