Our Leadership Immersion Tract (LIT) members showed up to Newport Beach, California for our annual meeting this past week. In only the 2nd year, we saw enormous growth with 20 members represented at each stage of training from residents, fellows and to young professionals colleagues in both interventional and surgical spine. The program was designed to foster a community of young academics in our field and help them grow into leaders. We are proud to announce we had two LIT members participate as faculty at the meeting Drs. Robin Mata and Rosa Garcia. We had numerous abstract submissions from our LIT members accepted. And lastly three of our current LIT members were announced to the new PSPS Board of Directors Drs. Laura Pasternack, Harjot Bhandal and Roya Moheimani. The PSPS LIT program will be accepting new applicants soon. We encourage those in surgical and interventional spine to apply. We are excited for the next generation of LIT members.

On behalf of PSPS, we would like to invite you to the Colorado Pain Society 7th Annual Chronic Pain Conference happening on October 11-13, 2024, in Vail, CO at The Hythe. This will be a CME event (up to 16 CME credits), including 5 MATE credits towards DEA license renewal requirements, for physicians of all specialties, advanced practice providers (APPs), psychologists and others interested in pain management.
