We are #hiring in Long Beach! The Chassis Customer Service Manager provides high levels of customer service to chassis utilization customers. Manages chassis allocation and use based on customer-specific requirements. Continuously reviews capacity availability to strategically optimize routes for cost and best use of equipment and assets. Orchestrates pool-level asset tracking, research and recovery, and inventory management in support of equipment validations, pool extraction programs, and lease termination projects.?This includes tracking, billing and ensuring maintenance of the fleet. This weekend, the Pacific Terminal Services Company (PTSC) team in Tacoma worked with NYK Line to offload the King Quest vessel. Our team safely discharged 1,501 autos, ensuring that no cargo was damaged during the offloading process.?
