Our Suffolk West team recently attended the awards ceremony for Engineering News-Record California's regional awards to graciously accept not one, but two Best Project awards! Our 1629 Market Street project, a 600,000-square-foot mixed-use development in San Francisco, was recognized in the Best Residential/Hospitality category. Judges also selected the Suffolk-built AC + Moxy, two hotels housed within a 37-story tower featuring a combined 727 guest rooms, also in the Best Project, Residential/Hospitality category. Judges selected these two projects from hundreds of applicants and chose winners based on challenges overcome, contributions to the industry and community, safety, and construction and design quality. Congratulations to these project teams and our partners for your outstanding work!

Stopped by one of our Projects currently being built by Pacific Structures, Inc. in Berkeley, CA for XL Construction This Project is ahead of schedule and coming along nicely and scheduled to be topped out soon and turned over as the new Berkeley City College West Building by Summer 2025. This has been a great little 6 Story Project ring built in a heavily congested downtown Berkeley, CA with multiple Site and Logitics complications. This Project has some complicated deck configurations and Shore heights that we were able to take advantage of our Pro-Shore, LLC Pro-Shore MAX System on the lower levels. #Pro-ShoreMAX #ConcreteConstruction #Partnerships #BuildingEducation
