KAT FABRICATORS sure knows how to host an event. We hit the track for some high-speed go-karting, threw down at the axe range and revved our engines in the race car simulators – the perfect activities for some good, team-building banter and bragging rights. 

Four years later and renovating the iconic Mule Barns dating back to 1909 for Simpli.fi’s headquarters is still an unforgettable project for us. The once-in-a-lifetime transformation allowed our team to bring a new life to the district, while still maintaining the historical integrity of the space. 

A new modern and sophisticated dining experience is coming to downtown Fort Worth this year! Working hand in hand with Fitzsimmons Architects, we’ll be bringing Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse to life in a 9,000 sf refined space right off of Commerce Street.

The doors to Invitation Homes’ refurbished Dallas headquarters are officially open! Upon entry, the office features a unique elevator lobby adorned with a moss wall and elegant gold trim, creating a striking first impression. An intricate staircase and sophisticated millwork also make up the final 52,000 sf-space that wouldn’t have come together without Corgan and JLL’s partnership and collaboration. 

Our team is over the moon to add another remodel to our portfolio! We’re wrapping up Phase A at Dallas Gun Club, a staple of the Dallas gun community since 1946, and gearing up for Phase B to continue elevating their space. It's an honor to help modernize a place that has been a cornerstone for enthusiasts and sportsmen alike. Excited to collaborate with Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects and unveil the transformation!

Hot grill, cold drinks and great company. Our team of pitmasters thoroughly enjoyed bringing the heat and flavor to Fair Park for the 11th annual Big Texas BBQ hosted by the Touchdown Club of Dallas in support of The Ashford Rise School of Dallas, an early education program for children with developmental disabilities. 

Brunswick Group’s office has a fresh, new look! Thanks to our long-time partner Corgan’s state-of-the-art design and VVA - Part of Drees & Sommer’s expertise, the 15,000 sf-space in Uptown Dallas came together seamlessly. Handmade wall tile, natural stone countertops and backsplashes, rich wood trim and crown molding, and high-end wood flooring are just a few of the premium finishes that made up this incredible transformation.

Every March, we love kicking off #WomensHistoryMonth by recognizing #WomenInConstructionWeek and celebrating the outstanding women of Pacific Builders. Each are first-rate, first-class and play an integral role in the success of our company and in the industry as a whole. Thank you all for everything you do!  

Our team was thrilled to be back at Cypress Waters bringing another great space to life, this time for renewable energy company MN8 Energy! With Corgan and CBRE’s help and expertise, the final, 22,000-sf space reflects MN8’s commitment to innovation through a sleek, modern design featuring exposed ceilings, abundant natural light and collaborative workspaces throughout. 

Pacific Builders was honored to run for a cause this past weekend in the Form Follows Fitness 5k in support of The Architecture and Design Exchange, dedicated to fostering access to architecture and design for all through annual scholarships, public programs, exhibitions and more. From Klyde Warren Park all the way to Downtown, the race route featured some of Dallas’s most iconic and notable architecture and was a great team-bonding experience.
