关于我们
Born out of a shifting marketplace, where channels are not clearly defined, our merchant backgrounds in billion-dollar product portfolios uniquely position us to understand where to best spend time and money to maximize growth. We help suppliers build winning strategies at retail, improve their relationship with the buying team, and secure more business across all selling channels. 1. We help big box suppliers maximize their opportunity at retail by building strategies that the buyer can quickly "buy in" on and execute. 2. We train supplier selling teams to build merchant relationships and understand how they think to win more shelf space. 3. We show suppliers how to expose all selling channels at retail to maximize the potential of the resellers. 4. As merchants, we also serve local resellers fighting off category competition, setting a strategy that understands the new channel boundaries and ensures years of selling success.

Pacesetter Merchants has created 20 of these and will start posting them weekly. If you have something to add to the list, please send it my way and we'll get to work. Leaving you anon if you'd like :) Pacesetter LLC Years ago, when I was a nail gun merchant, I had monthly calls with all the top brands on returns/damage and all the reasons they didn't stay sold. We also poured over recent reviews online that could help identify issues. I required monthly breakdowns and wanted the product engineers there to discuss causes. The best brands (Milwaukee Tool,DEWALT, Techtronic Industries - TTI (Ridgid and Ryobi) all took this very seriously. Over the course of a couple years, I could say without hesitation that we had the best nail guns in the country, because we took everything seriously. O ring change outs. Handle and trigger material, sealant for hose fittings, air exhaust design and material. If there was a hint of an issue that would cause a negative experience with the tool, we addressed it. Some brands weren't as supportive. As such, they made an exit from the assortment for poor sales and poor quality.
