PACE of Northeast Indiana

PACE is hiring a part-time driver. Responsible for the direct transportation of PACE Participants to and from their destinations, including home, the PACE Center, medical providers and more. This position requires constant interaction with Participants, caregivers, community agencies, medical providers and PACE program staff and leadership. This individual is needed for three days per week. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour.

We have an opening for a full-time Personal Care Attendant / Driver. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Summary/Objective The Personal Care Attendant/ Driver provides personal care and related services in the PACE Center and at participant’s home. Tasks to be performed must be assigned by and performed under the supervision of the PACE Attendant Care Supervisor to ensure all tasks are approved in the participant’s individual care plan and performed according to protocol. ? PCA/Driver will transport participants to assigned location as directed by the PACE Attendant Care Supervisor to ensure trip is approved in the participant’s individual care plan and PCA has been trained and approved to drive company-owned vehicle. PCA/Driver will provide door-to-door escort service from both starting and ending locations, remaining on-site during appointments. ?? Required Education and Experience ·????????High school diploma or general education degree (GED). ·????????One-year experience working with the frail and/or elderly. ·????????Must be at least 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicles. ·????????Must have a valid driver's license in the state of Indiana and license must be issued for minimum of three years within the State of Indiana If interested, please send resume to [email protected].
