Welcome to a diverse community that promotes economic justice and empowerment.
关于我们
Our work is focused on helping people, no matter their color or background, find success and support in their endeavors to develop themselves and their businesses. Whether of Filipino heritage or not, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment that respects the value of every generation of immigrants and children of immigrants. It is a part of our heritage to be friendly to all, no matter race, orientation, or gender. The Chamber also aims to promote economic activities and goodwill among the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. PACCO serves as a clearing house for Philippine-American trade, tourism, and economic information and acts as a liaison for government agencies, providing PACCO members and the community with access to information, opportunities, and updates. PACCO is a welcoming and inclusive community organized to build generational wealth to empower economic resiliency, affordable sustainability, and purpose-driven global commerce, especially for historically marginalized, economically disadvantaged, and underserved communities through relevant, impactful programs and meaningful connections. By grounding our efforts through an equity lens framework, we promote economic opportunity, education, professionalism, and civic engagement by providing scholarships, leadership training programs, and technical assistance.

PACCO’s Technical Assistance For Underrepresented Businesses Program, provided by Business Oregon is in full swing! We have already helped support several small businesses throughout Oregon in logo creation and web and communications advising to help positively impact their business goals. Recent client Tanie Hotan said this about PACCO’s work: "I have had the pleasure of working with the A team from PACCO. Within a 6-week period, they were able to create a complete website make-over! My new website is clean, professional, dynamic and easy to navigate. Emily, Winny, and Nichol were engaged, patient, creative and a delight to work with!! I highly recommend applying for a technical assistance grant, it’s completely worth it!" If you are a local business owner and need support, apply today! Visit www.pacco.org > Grants & Services > Technical Assistance for Underrepresented Businesses Progarm ?? Applications close on April 1, 2025. #smallbusinessresources #oregonsmallbusiness
