Meet Charlotte Booth: Charlotte Booth is a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Hol-Mac Plant 3, ensuring that essential parts arrive on time and defective or incorrect items are sent back. She handles priority shipments and inter-company logistics, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Beyond her daily tasks, Charlotte values learning how each part contributes to completing a unit, making her job both meaningful and rewarding. She believes in staying open to growth, never becoming stagnant, and embracing opportunities to expand her skills. As a woman in manufacturing, she has faced doubt from others but remained determined, proving her capabilities through hard work and persistence. Her advice? “If the job can be done, you are the best person for it. Don’t give up — failure is not an option.” Thank you for your dedication, Charlotte! This marks the conclusion of our Women in Manufacturing series, but the work these incredible women do never stops. Meet Kellie and Maddie, a powerful mother-daughter duo making strides in the manufacturing industry! Kellie Sulek is a Logistics Engineer at Pac-Mac, where she helps plan the movement of parts and assemblies through the plant. With nearly six years of experience, Kellie has earned multiple promotions and encourages young women to ask questions, explore different roles, and always strive for growth. Her advice: “Don’t fear what you don’t know—pursue it. Learn everything you can and take the leap!” Her daughter, Maddie, is an Engineering Tech at Pac-Mac’s Plant 1. Although she’s only been with the company for two weeks, Maddie is already immersing herself in new challenges and opportunities to grow. Having spent time in male-dominated fields, including the Army, she encourages women to trust their instincts, connect with others, and make themselves invaluable. “Find a female mentor who truly understands your experiences,” Maddie advises. Together, they’re paving the way for women in manufacturing, proving that with determination and support, there are no limits to what women can achieve in this dynamic industry! ??
