We are incredibly grateful that, following recent rainfall, many of the devastating fires in Southern California have either been extinguished or are now at least 90% contained. Reflecting on the last several days, we recognized the importance of aviation as a tool in fire fighting, and the complexity in those businesses & teams. Those teams are comprised of skilled pilots who expertly dropped water and flame retardant to halt the flames, dedicated ground crews who worked around the clock to ensure planes were fueled and maintained, countless traffic controllers and loads of supply chain & administrative personnel keeping fueling stations & parts stations stocked. Here's a shout out to our partners at places like 10 Tanker Air Carrier, LLC, who we caught on our breakroom TV (pictured). Thank you! And, nice work.

Their courage and dedication inspire us all.

Last week, we had an amazing time celebrating the holiday season at our company party, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner, reflected on the year’s achievements, and connected as a team.
