Register Today for Our UDS Training: The annual UDS training will be conducted virtually in a series of two training sessions with Q&A time available during each session and concludes with a session for additional Q&A. Participants should plan to attend all sessions for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report. The series will be held on: · Session 1 on Dec. 3 from 9:00 am-12:15 pm · Session 2 on Dec. 4 from 9:00 am-12:15 pm · Q&A Session on Dec. 5 from 9:00 am–10:00 am Attendees will: · Gain an understanding of UDS reporting including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms. · Learn about the new requirements included in 2024 reporting. · Learn tips for success including strategies for submission. · Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance.
