Launched in May of 2022, P30 is a coworking and office space, event space, and community center, representing a collective of many businesses and nonprofits who serve the people of our area. Hope is being restored one life at a time as opportunity, prosperity, and loving encouragement is given and received. We hope to continue to grow the belief city-wide that the Far Eastside is no longer an area ridden with violence and crime but a community of people dedicated to growth, change, and hope. We are committed to offering the highest level of excellence and achievement for any and every person who walks through P30's doors, exuding the essence of what our Leadership and Board strives for everyday.

Our Executive Director, Tamise Cross and Business Manager, Steve Coyle, represented P30, presenting an exciting new chapter for our community of entrepreneurs. We introduced our upcoming platform—a game-changing resource—designed to track every entrepreneur’s progress through our Launch Business in a Box (LBNB) entity. This platform will serve as a hub for essential tools, service providers, and consistent support, ensuring that each entrepreneur has the guidance they need to thrive. At P30, we are committed to strengthening our community of businesses in unique and impactful ways. This new initiative reflects our passion for fostering growth, providing innovative opportunities, and building pathways to prosperity for entrepreneurs across the Far Eastside and Greater Indianapolis areas. Thanks to the?Indiana Economic Development Corporation, VentureVets is launching its Scaling Success Program which provides comprehensive technical assistance for growth-stage companies led by veterans, military spouses, and first responders. The proposed initiative will deliver targeted support across key business areas, empowering these founders to scale effectively and sustainably. For this particular focus in 2024-2025, we will focus on entrepreneurs in the construction/trades sector and include the following: Comprehensive Technical Assistance Modules: Development of custom-fit programs focusing on: - Operational capacity building - Workforce development - Supply chain management - Product and strategy development - Innovation and technology application - Mental health resources - Capital matching Industry Expert Involvement: Recruitment of leading experts to provide mentorship and guidance in each Technical Assistance area.
