Going Trenchless: The P1 Las Vegas team took the company’s commitment to offering “single source” solutions to a new level recently, adding another capability to the list: trenchless pipe replacement and repair. We love a project that puts our single-source capabilities to work, including design-build, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction. P1 is excited to get started on the Summit Truck Bodies expansion in Wathena, KS!

P1 is proud to showcase yet another successful project with Garmin: the renovation of Building 3 at the company HQ in Olathe, KS. P1’s award-winning performance on Garmin projects has earned us multiple projects over the past decade. P1 performed the mechanical scope on Building 3, which houses a fitness center, gymnasium, locker rooms, top-tier cafeteria, and well-being consulting rooms. The office and engineering facilities were repurposed from former warehouse space that includes 60 conference rooms, 12 break rooms, 11 mail, copy and recycle centers, plus collaboration and support spaces.

Where did the summer go? That’s what happens when you’re as busy as our 2024 P1 interns. They have wrapped up a full summer that included learning all about the construction industry from their P1 mentors, touring the facilities of multiple P1 vendors and business partners, jobsite visits, and giving back to the community, not to mention a few just-for-fun outings. Cheers to all of our talented interns – we hope to see you back at P1 someday soon!

"Fab-tastic at Fusion": Earlier this summer, the P1 Pipe Fabrication Shop celebrated its “100th” order for ongoing work with Daikin, a leading provider of air conditioning solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Director of Business Development Steve Hinshaw surprised the team with shirts commemorating the occasion, designed by our own Marketing Proposal Specialist Beth Martens. Today the fabrication team is going strong at well over 100 orders, giving truth to their shirts which read: “It’s No Illusion: We’re Fab-tastic at Fusion”. #pipefabrication #offsiteconstruction #p1proud

It's so rewarding when the work we do has a positive impact on the health and wellness of our communities. Congratulations to the P1 mechanical team who recently completed work on the AdventHealth Kansas City Cancer Institute Shawnee Mission (KS).
