OZ Architecture completed an in-depth survey of all buildings within Grand Canyon National Park, developing architectural guidelines for future construction and renovations. These guidelines, promoting sustainable design before it was a buzzword, are now part of the Park’s design review process, ensuring that planning, design, and construction efforts align and preserve this iconic destination's natural and historic beauty. Our rich history of providing services to the National Park Service continues along with our dedication to creating sustainable buildings and lasting experiences for all guests to enjoy. Early in our history, OZ designed The National State Bank of Boulder - Canyon Park Drive-Up Bank, which opened in the early 1970s, breaking new ground in design. Inspired by racetrack efficiency, this innovative drive-up bank redefined convenience. With lane signals guiding customers to the next available teller and seamless banking services, the facility was designed to prioritize speed and ease for Boulder’s community. The Reserve at Lone Tree, designed by OZ Architecture and developed by Denver-based Experience Senior Living, is under construction. The new project offers independent and assisted living as well as memory care. The Reserve at Lone Tree, sits on 4.8 acres in the Ridgegate community. Interior amenities include a sky lounge on the ninth floor, an artists' maker space, multiple dining venues, and a fitness room. Adjacent to open space, this mixed-use site offers seamless indoor-outdoor integration with outdoor amenities, including a pool, terraced lawn, pickleball court, and a dog park. Other nearby community amenities include a future regional park and an RTD station; it’s designed for convenience and connection.
