The ribbon cutting was made official on Friday in an emotional and impactful ceremony which OZ was proud to be a part of with our partners. Today we cut the ribbon at Joli - the first building in the final phase of Sun Valley redevelopment. 133-unit mixed income building that comes with amazing amenities like roof deck and food hall. Units vary from one to five bedrooms including live-work townhome units. The residents start moving in on Monday. The park across the street is still yet to come (ask me how to help make it happen). #cityforall #DHA #team #partnership

Principal Tracy Boyer was a judge for the NEXT student competition this year to represent our local region. Over 1,600 students from 89 Interior Design Programs participated by submitting their projects. The quality of work from the finalists was exceptional and inspiring. ? The winner, Khendra Thompson from the University of Wisconsin Stout, was convincing and incredibly articulate when she presented her project to our panel. As part of the ULI Colorado Leadership Connections event last week, OZ Principal Rebecca (Becky) Stone talked about her path to leadership in projects at OZ and in the broader development community. Throughout her career, her extensive experience in placemaking has provided her unique opportunities in resort development, urban master planning, eatertainment and an inherent understanding of the best way to create vibrancy and bring a vision to life — whether in an urban setting, the mountains, or by the sea. Hosted at OZ's office, there were +60 people in attendance to hear Becky's story. A discussion followed about the advantages women can have as they aim for success and follow their passions. Rambler Columbus is a curated student community designed to cater to diverse needs at Ohio State's Campus. The seven-story building consists of 379 units and 889 beds, totaling 407,465 square feet. The project includes five floors of residential units, including spacious two-level townhomes. On the ground level is an activated lobby housing the Daydreamer Cafe. Above, on the mezzanine and sprinkled throughout there are more social amenities as well as quiet and dedicated study spots and conference rooms, ideal for both collaboration and individual studies.
