Reflecting back a month after our 2024 Shared Ownership CEO & Executive Convening on Oct. 29-30, the Ownership Works team could not be more delighted with the turnout at the event. Some highlights from the Convening: ??Over 250 investors, business leaders, and advocates – many of whom traveled from across the country to be in attendance – gathered to join the Ownership Works consortium for two days of peer workshops, insight-sharing, and networking. ??The panels covered numerous key areas of interest in #employeeownership, including how to inspire ownership mindsets, cultivate ownership behaviors, and generate employee buy-in; the role of #leadership in building high-performing ownership #cultures; and the importance of building financially resilient workforces. ??On Day 2, attendees gathered in two respective peer workshops: a working session designed to help CEOs and their program leaders accelerate their companies' ownership journeys, and a forum for investors focused on incorporating ownership into their investment strategies. ? At our Partner Consortium Reception, Ownership Works Founder Peter Stavros shared remarks and led the room in a toast to our collective progress in advancing #sharedownership as the new norm in corporate America.
