    We’re excited to share our latest research on a novel approach for controlling the sensitivity of whole-slide image classification models in digital pathology. ?? Deploying AI across medical centers is challenging due to data distribution shift. Our method, TSM (Tile Score Matching), combines our in-house Multiple Instance Learning model Chowder with Optimal Transport. Key highlights: ???We provide theoretical and experimental evidence that TSM can efficiently control the sensitivity of a model. ???We show that TSM is particularly efficient in extremely low data regime, when only 5 positive samples are available for calibration. This breakthrough provides a practical solution for the reliable deployment of computational pathology systems across multiple hospital centers, addressing a key challenge in bringing AI to clinical settings. ???Read the full pre-print: https://lnkd.in/e-QyT8ch
