Building Homes, Building Trust, Building Better. This week, a call with a family whose home we built six years ago brought back a flood of memories. Hearing how much their house means to them – a true family retreat – was incredibly rewarding. It also brought back memories of the project's challenges, including a difficult subcontractor that significantly delayed a portion of the build. Transparency is key, and I openly acknowledged those past hurdles. It struck me how much they appreciated our commitment to quality, even amidst those difficulties. That conversation reinforced a core belief: continuous improvement is essential. Every project, even those with setbacks, teaches us something new. We're constantly refining our processes, from subcontractor selection to project management, and our designs to deliver the best possible experience for our clients. That past experience, while challenging, was a powerful lesson in the importance of due diligence and clear communication.
