Can we, and should we, delay menopause? As life expectancy rises, and women are living longer post menopause, I look at the latest science and innovation in predicting when it will happen, and the development of therapeutics to potentially delay it. I visit the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in California, where I interview neuroscientist Jennifer Garrison , who studies the relationship between the brain and the ovaries. I talk to New York start-up Oviva Therapeutics’ founder Daisy Robinton, PhD about the drugs she’s developing that are now in animal trials.
