The second Rifles Family Charity Gala was held at Silverstone on Saturday night to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the people who have gone above and beyond to support Veterans and their families. One of our former Riflemen, Lt Col (Retd) Mark Melhorn is pictured presenting the Overwatch Award to Kev Diggle for his lifesaving intervention. The Overwatch Award is presented to the volunteer who has mentored, conducted an intervention, or helped someone recover from a crisis - a massive thank you Kev for your contribution to the Always A Rifleman programme this year.
