Yesterday, Women in Finance spent the day in Dallas visiting Valesco Industries, East West Bank, Texas Capital, and Trinity Investors. We heard from industry professionals regarding private equity, investment banking, commercial banking, and advice for young female professionals entering the financial services field. Special thank you to Heather Hubbard, Michael Burr, Timothy Herburger, CFP?, and Kraig Behrens for helping us facilitate such a successful trip!

OU's Women in Finance stands to encourage female involvement in finance and empower women through knowledge, network, and camaraderie. We aim to help our members achieve professional development by sharing Price College of Business's robust resources. While currently, only 20% of finance students at OU are female, we seek to increase this number by educating young women in business on the many career paths of finance as well as connecting our members with industry professionals.
