OELAO is a resource and advocacy group of early childhood leaders and policy makers collaborating to increase access to nature based early childhood programs in Oregon through licensing infrastructure, educational opportunities and support to new and existing programs. In 2023, we worked with partners to pass HB2717, establishing a path to licensure for outdoor preschools in Oregon.
