This summer, a team of Innotec employees put their engineering skills to the test during their volunteer day. After already building new picnic tables for our various preserves, they generously volunteered to move and reinstall a dock along our Wintergreen trail. Thank you to this great team for taking time to help us reinstall the dock so everyone can enjoy the wetland.

This year, our Conservation Services team has been busy with exciting projects like habitat restorations, invasive species removal, rain garden installations and more—all made possible by a generous grant from TC Energy. ?? This summer, two teams of Tennant employees donated their time to work on a couple of projects at Outdoor Discovery Center. They removed the long dock along our Wintergreen Trail and cut a maintenance trail for our grounds team. Thank you to these great teams for taking time to help us remove the old dock and cut a new trail!

This summer, a team of Reckitt employees and interns stepped up to clean up the landscaping around the playscapes and prep for new material on the paths at Little Hawks Discovery Preschool. Thank you to this great team for taking time to help us get ready for a great school year.

This summer, a team of MillerKnoll employees stepped up to help build and prepare a new greenhouse after ODC received a grant from the MillerKnoll Foundation to expand our Conservation Services efforts. This gave us the opportunity to purchase a second greenhouse, doubling the capacity of our native plants/and plugs and the ability to grow programming around native species. Thank you to this great team and foundation for taking time to help us expand our conservation work.

This summer, a team of West Michigan Uniform employees stepped up to prepare Little Hawks Discovery Preschool for the new school year by staining play structures and stump circles. Thank you to this great team for taking time to help us prepare for a fresh start to the new school year.

This spring, a team of Dematic employees spruced up the entrance to the Visitor Center by cleaning out the pond. They also repainted the beams along the Discovery Pavilion. Thank you to this great team for taking time to help maintain the beauty of the Outdoor Discovery Center.

Each year businesses, nonprofits, and schools choose to donate their time by working on a project for ODC Network. We are grateful for these entities and their continued support! A group of Gentex employees volunteered to stain play features and provide light landscaping to prep for the start of school at Dragonflies Discovery Preschool.

After the school year came to a close, a team of Holland Hospital employees and their families donated their time to spread mulch and do some light landscaping at Little Hawks Discovery Preschool. Thank you to these great teams for taking time to volunteer at ODC.
