I am very pleased to announce that XR360o? is now an officially registered trademark of OurWorlds, Inc. We received our Certificate of Registration from the USPTO last week. Many thanks to Perkins Coie for helping us see this through. Now more than ever we need to be mindful not only of what we put into our physical environments, but what we put into our virtual and augmented ones. How can we enhance our lived environments for the better with these technologies? The way we learn is evolving - at OurWorlds we are building tools that illuminate the knowledge, language, and perspectives around us to show that there is more that connects us than that divides us. And we are committed to making these tools accessible to everyone. With President Biden’s historic formal apology for the boarding schools this past Friday, and Secretary Deb Haaland’s call to action to increase support for language and culture programs, we are reminded of how much more work there is to do. I feel grateful to have earned the opportunity to share what’s been on my mind and in my heart for 10 years. The relationship and energy from the crowd was a feeling that’s hard to put into words. The strength of our community is a result of the connection between motherhood and leadership. Nurturing a community with soft-skills like listening and compassion.
