Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Spotlight: Nina O’Mailia ? As a primary care physician associate with Legacy GoHealth Urgent Care, Nina is vital in bridging the gap for patients searching for a primary care provider. Since joining in 2022, she has been a lifeline for individuals in need—providing preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring patients get the medical attention they deserve. “I am most proud of the work with transitional primary care. People are so grateful to be able to have care while they wait for their permanent appointment that could be scheduled up to a year out. We are serving the community with a much-needed service.” Nina’s dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed—she was honored with the Advanced Practice Provider Appreciation Award, receiving 10 nominations from colleagues who praised her compassion, kindness, and commitment to patient care.
