? When you look around and see the old systems and institutions and ways of being falling apart, I invite everybody to just take some breaths and celebrate that. It's like, hey, we've outgrown a way of doing things that worked for us to get to here and isn't working anymore. I'm always impressed by Forrest's ability to detect where I'm coming from versus what I'm actually saying. There's no lying to Forrest and getting away with it. I'm at a point where I catch myself kind of lying to myself. I notice my mind trying to convince myself that I actually believe what I'm saying versus dropping into the field and what's underneath, I can actually see that it's not true. The body often knows before we begin to think about something. How attuned can we become to these indicators? #cultivatethefield #forrestbwilson #ouremergingfuture #consciousness
