Tomorrow (Tues 8/27) at 5 pm EST Devan M and Aleece Burgio will be joining Our Academy to share how to find the right location given NYS market conditions, how to engage with a broker to make sure they are working for YOU, critical lease terms, and average build-out cost breakdowns. Aleece Burgio is widely recognized as one of the state’s foremost legal authorities on ?? business law. She has years of experience advising companies and other organizations in the rapidly growing and changing adult-use ?? industry. Aleece previously served as general counsel and strategic advisor with MariJade Industries/MJI Solution. Devan M is a day 1 Mentor and VP at Our Academy. He is also currently a Partner at a boutique financial advisory firm specializing in helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate sector including multi-family ventures and commercial properties through financial analysis.
