This is hands down one of my favourite tools to use in sales because it allows me to spend more time listening to my clients. If you're in sales and do online meetings, I highly recommend that you check it out. And no this isn't a sponsored post but I wouldn't say no if they asked me to become one. Otter.ai has literally improved my calls - I focus alot more instead of writing notes. - I use the transcript to help me craft my proposal. - Their built AI allows me to ask questions. The best part for me.... It picks up my dialect really well. And thisatters because I speak quickly. And I had to give it a shout out because I recently did a coaching call with over 25 persons and it was able to transcribe the conversation with high accuracy and used the AI to write the summary and next actions email.
