Today marked a meaningful celebration of the enduring partnership between Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center and the Williamsburg Health Foundation (WHF) as we welcomed their CEO, Deanna Van Hersh, staff and board members for an immersive visit to our facilities. This vital collaboration has enabled Olde Towne to become a comprehensive healthcare hub for the greater Williamsburg community. Through WHF's substantial funding and ongoing support, we provide an integrated array of essential services including: - Primary care with behavioral health integration - Dental care - Vision services - Prenatal care - Diagnostic laboratory services - Medication access programs - Health education initiatives The Foundation's steadfast commitment to expanding healthcare access has been instrumental in Olde Towne's ability to deliver quality health and wellness care to our community's residents and workforce. During their visit, WHF representatives experienced firsthand the impact of our shared mission, meeting our dedicated providers and witnessing how their support transforms into tangible healthcare solutions for our patients. The synergy between our organizations continues to strengthen the healthcare safety net in Williamsburg, ensuring that quality medical care remains accessible to all members of our community.

We never get tired of connecting with our peers and friends in the community to discuss ways we can help one another and provide resources for our patients and neighbors. Today we had the privilege of connecting with The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place, a 66-bed inpatient psychiatric facility offering services for mental health in a safe and secure environment that helps patients return to a well-functioning, full life. Mr. Purcell "PJ" Piggott came and toured our facility to learn about Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center and shared the services of The Pavilion in an effort to help Olde Towne gain access to another resource for the mental health of our patients. It is collaborations like this within our community that makes Williamsburg a great place to live and helps connect resources for all.
