?? First Sentio Event in Argentina! We are delighted to share photos from our first Sentio event in Argentina, held in collaboration with our new distributor, PAM Argentina. The event took place last week at PAM Argentina’s well-equipped office in Buenos Aires, where we had the pleasure of training some of Argentina’s esteemed and experienced BAHS and CI surgeons. New publication alert! A Dutch research team investigated the long-term (3-year) outcomes of Minimally Invasive Ponto Surgery (MIPS). Compared to linear incision, MIPS resulted in enhanced patient benefits and favorable hearing-related quality of life, including: - Fewer adverse skin reactions - Earlier recovery of skin sensibility and numbness - Comparable implant survival rate MIPS offers a shorter surgery time and can be performed under local anesthesia, making it a cost-effective and efficient alternative to linear incision.
