My recently completed install of OWC Jellyfish Tower 80TB WIP server with OWC Archive Pro LTO9 near line back up. There are 12x 10G copper Client work stations directly connected to the Jellyfish Tower - no switch required. This setup also supports Jellyfish's Remote Access feature, 256 Encryption P2P VPN for work from home users for uploading or download files.
