Today, OTC Services had the pleasure of hosting fellows Joshua Sell, Joshua Perry, and Isabella Giampetro from the RCB Fellowship Program hosted by the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. Lead fellow Ronald Ngwashi, MSc, MBA/MS Finance Fellow, though unable to attend, is an integral part of this initiative, which aims to incorporate smart and assistive technologies to promote greater independence and improve the overall quality of life for our program participants. The fellows toured one of our day programs and group homes today, engaging with staff and speaking with Michael, one of our program participants, to explore how technology can make a meaningful difference in his daily life We look forward to this ongoing collaboration and the exciting opportunities ahead to create impactful change for those we serve! #AssistiveTechnology #DisabilityInclusion #InclusiveTechnology

We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to foster independence, develop life skills, and secure meaningful employment. Our Services Day Services: Our Day Services offer individuals the opportunity to develop essential life skills and gain greater independence. Through day habilitation, community integration, and prevocational training, participants work towards achieving personal goals. Each program provides a supportive and structured learning environment with individualized plans crafted for every participant. We also offer specialized services for adults with complex medical and behavioral needs. Employment Services: We offer comprehensive employment services to help individuals overcome barriers to employment, acquire valuable skills, and excel in a variety of occupational disciplines. Each year, we empower over 500 individuals facing physical, mental, and emotional disabilities by providing them with the tools and support they need to build brighter futures, contribute meaningfully to their communities, and achieve greater independence. Residential Services: Our residential services offer a compassionate environment that fosters personal growth and independence. We prioritize providing opportunities and skills development to empower individuals towards greater self-sufficiency. Our group homes, staffed 24/7 by trained professionals, create a safe and supportive living environment where residents can feel engaged and enriched.

We’re thrilled to congratulate Flora on earning an Outstanding Achievement Award! Her leadership and dedication have left a lasting impact on OTC!
